I have been running long distances, both road and trail for a number of years now and have recently had the opportunity to trial the “TechNiche” Aerochill cooling vest.

I found the vest to be very lightweight, even when wet, comfortable, and that it did help to keep my core cooler whilst running long distances. It was refreshing to feel the coolness on my stomach during a run when there were light breezes around.
Being health and safety conscious, I really liked that it is made of non-toxic material and has fluro piping around the edges. It is impressive that it is still cool to the touch and maintains the water storage even after a 3hr run.

This vest is definitely now a part of my running kit as it fits comfortably under my camel back, keeping both my back and front cooler. It doesn’t stop you sweating, but sweating is knowing that I have worked hard. “One happy runner”!!
