Refunds
At Techniche we are committed to providing quality products which have been designed to assist with performance and safety.
In the event you have received or purchased a product and require an exchange of refund, you must complete a return inclusive of receipt or proof of purchase within Seven (7) days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including original packaging and with tags attached. It must be able to be resold in the original format.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not returned in its original condition, or that is deemed to have been damaged or used after purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all refunds with the exception of (damaged/defective products).
You will be notified via email once your returned item has been received and inspected. You will also be informed as to the status of your refund or exchange request. In the case of a refund being granted, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after receiving notification of a successful claim. Please allow up to 14 days before checking your bank statement and then contacting your selected financial institution.
Should you still for any reason, not achieve a satisfactory outcome after following the steps outlined above, please email sales@technicheanz.com outlining your situation and including any correspondence.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund.
Items purchased during sale periods or promotions are not eligible for a refund. *please ensure you select your Techniche garments carefully - including the correct sizing and style.
Exchanges
Techniche ANZ will only replace items after they have been inspected and deemed to be defective or damaged are unused and in their original packaging.
Please use the sizing charts provided on our website to ensure you order the correct size garment. Refunds will not be permitted due to ordering the incorrect size. Exchanges may be permitted provided that the buyer pays for all additional shipping costs associated with the return and reissuing of the purchased item.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase and the remainder (less shipping costs) will be refunded.
If you need to exchange your Techniche ANZ product for the same item due to a defective/damaged garment being received, please send an email to sales@technicheanz.com and return your item along with proof of purchase to: 5 Casua Drive, Varsity Lakes, QLD 4227.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Casua Drive, Varsity Lakes, QLD 4227
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable. Should you be granted a refund approval, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your geographical location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary.
*Please note, Fastway Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes as they require a signature for the delivery as it is fully insured and trackable.
You must provide a Home or Business address if you select Fastway Couriers. If you wish for your items to be shipped to a P.o Box, You must select Australia Post as your delivery option.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we urge you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as refunds will not be given for any lost items once they have been posted/shipped.
Techniche ANZ cannot guarantee the delivery of your returned item and take no responsibility for items sent to our designated address by a purchaser.
